Live guidance
We can see your screen to guide you — never control it
If you're not confident with computers, share your screen so a Numinah team member can talk you through exactly what to click. No download. Nothing installed. You stay in control the whole time.
View only — we can never click, type, or control anything
Before you share
- Close any tab with a seed phrase, private key, password manager, or banking app open.
- We will never ask you to send crypto, or ask for your seed phrase, private keys or 2FA codes — on this call or ever.
- You can stop sharing instantly at any time, from this page or your browser's own controls.
- Only share the code below with a verified Numinah team member — never anyone who contacted you first.
